Work Effectiveness Improvement
This is an interesting reflection on Knowledge Management. It argues that Knowledge Management should be defined in terms of anything that improves work effetciveness. It argues that people responsible for Knowledge Management (sometimes referred to as Chief Knowledge Officers or CKO) should focus on how individuals access information and how this process can be improved.
